Last year we had a great time, so let's put this on our calendars.

The Ohio Chapter will be hosting a Holiday Potluck on December 17, 2016 at my house:

3362 Foskett Rd
Medina, OH 44256

(This is very close to Interstate 71 and State Route 3)

2:00 PM - ?

This is open to all IAP members/family that are close by or wish to make a road trip.

I will provide a cauldron of "Texas Red Chili" and refreshments.

There will be no scheduled demo, although the shop will be open for use.

Optional: For those that want to participate - A PITH (Holiday Theme), for a pen, ornament, seasonal thingy...

Please respond in this thread if there is a chance you may attend (we all understand weather and "life" may have different plans for us).

As of now I'm in. But I'm going to look at a racecar next weekend, and they may change my plans.

I'll bring the hot sauce and bourbon if I make the trek!!

I am planning on it. Thanks for putting this together!

Hi Shane - This is very relaxed! A pot of Chili!! and nice conversation.

We are trying to get a few new members for the local chapter. We meet about every 8-10 weeks at Hartville Hardware. We need new blood - like all good vampires!!!

Hope to see you in December, or at a meeting in Hartville.

Cheers, Mark

Sounds like a good time. Wish I lived closer..Enjoy !!

Google maps puts you in the middle of PA... Quite a hike, so we understand and will put you on the list with Derek for a "BOC" - "Bag of chili"...

Be well! Mark

Mark, how much "Texas Red Chili" can you fit in a flat rate mailer?

Sounds like a great time.

Maybe the 2 gallon ziplock bags! :bananen_smilies046:

Hmmm, let's see....2 gallons of chili sloshing around in a plastic bag moving thru the post office package system at the speed of sound.......nawww, nothin' wrong with THAT plan

Things seem to change fast for me. Since my last post, now I might be able to come.

LOL! No problem, this is a very relaxed potluck. Everyone on the fence can see what their obligations are at the last minute. Two cauldrons of Texas Red will be easy to serve and the rest will get eaten over the holidays.

This is a busy time of the year, so ANYONE who may want to partake at the last minute (OK, you also Derek...), it will be fine!

Cheers!
