Agenda for August Meeting

Ok..so far we have about four people that have voiced they want to attend. I still haven't heard much about what they want to see or do. If I have all my supplies in order by then, I could possibly do a pendant demo.

Do you want to do a blank swap? Instant Gallery? Maybe door prizes? I haven't been to any of the other meetings, so I don't know what worked and what didn't work.

Let's hear some idears!

Blank swap is always a winner. I'll bring some blanks to give away. Casting is a demo I'd like to see, we had a very nice demo last meeting, but there are so many ways to do it.

If I can make it, I would love to see pendant turning. I would also love to see how to sharpen my lathe tools as well. I am still working on my transportation issues, that is why I can't say for sure that I will be there.

I would like to see a pendant demo also. I'll bring some blanks to swap or give away.

I'll bring a bunch of corian blanks to give away. They are mostly the size for slim lines. But you all can have at them.

I'll have to check my stash. But I may be able to bring some Spalted maple bowl blanks.
