The August 15th meeting of the Arizona Woodturners Association is set to be a hands on meeting with 2-3 demos on a number of Jet Mini lathes running at the same time. I'm in need of a couple of guys to demo some pen related stuff and a couple more guys to assist some first time pen turners who will be turning on 2-3 more mini lathes that will be setup for this purpose.
Additionally I'd like to encourage as many pen turners as possible to attend the meeting and fill our Instant Gallery with some of your finest pen work. Too often pens are overlooked by other woodturners as being simple or uninteresting and I'd like to change that.
