New from UK & iPhone app problems a

Hi, 6 months ago I bought a shopsmith lathe and my first project was to make some pens for Christmas presents. Love it, I downloaded the iPhone bushing and tube app on my iPhone 6 - very useful. Go a new iPhone XS for Xmas and have noticed that the app won't work on this phone!! It says it's not available in the region or country?? Any helpful hints why it's not now working?? Loving the pen ideas on this site.

Sorry, I can't answer the specific problems with the new iPhone. I had problems years ago with "Region" locations on videos when I lived overseas (Japan). To me, I would call Apple and ask them. I don't think the iPhone app on IAP has a region limitation on it. Could be a "setting" in the Sys Prefs on the new iPhone.
