I have wanted to do wood turning since I was about 7 years old. I seen a commercial for a Shop Smith Mark V, I did not really care about the other 4 options on it, but was fascinated with the lathe.

Fast forward 30 some years later. I go to a class at Highland Hardware (or Highland Woodworking whatever their name is now), and bring home 2 shiny new pens. My wife has pity on me and cuts me loose with the credit card.

Now here I am, a few months later with 40 of the most expensive pens I have ever owned.

Well that is my story in a nut shell, thanks for reading.

James

Welcome James! Now you can apply better techniques as well as buy better blanks and kits. Result: even more expensive and beautiful pens. [:D][:D]
