Hi, I am a former Royal Marine, just starting out turning pens (amongst other things), Oh and I make Rocking Horses as well. Yep, I intend to sell them if and when I consider my skills proficent enough!! I'm always happy to take advice and I'm quite likely to ask some dumb questions at times, so please bear with me.

My username has nothing to do with my rear end!! Bootie is UK Forces slang for Bootneck (Royal Marine) and due to injuries sustained, I walk, (when I can) with a wobble. So no comments about a flabby Ar#s :wink:
