Hello all
i was bored one day and my sweetheart was giving me the stinkeye for playing on the computer too much, so i thought that i would try a new hobby. there i was scouring the web when i stumbled upon some dude making a pipe...a tobacco pipe.

i thought 'i can do that!' and then i went and purchased the cheapest lathe that i could find that included chisels. what a moron i was, a lucky moron. i came away with a rockwell beaver gap bed 3400 lathe in questionable working order with 15 chisels.
i ve discovered that i need a hell of a lot more then that, but it is an education that i am enjoying.
