I started making pens earlier this year and really enjoy it. I have been an occasional woodworker for a long time. My interest in pens started when I wanted to turn the handle for an ice cream scoop. I noticed pen turning while looking for ice cream scoop parts. After I finished my ice cream scoop I decided to buy a pentruning starters kit. I have made a few more ice cream scoops but now I am mostly into pens. They make great gifts for friends and family. I am now hooked on penturning.

I grew up in Pedro! SPHS class of summer '70... GO PITATES!


I lived on Rapallo Ave. just off of Bynner Dr. for my childhood and then moved to the top of 17th. st. until I moved out at 18 yrs. old.

I moved to NC in '89 so I spent my first 37 years in Pedro. I used to hang out at Averill Park alot and at Sunken City too, great place to get high!:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
I went to 7th. st. elementry and then to Dana jr. high.
