Hi everybody!

I'm new to woodturning pen. In fact, I took a lesson few weeks ago and fall in love with that hobbies. So I decided to bought a lathe and the equipement for turning pen. I'm doing scrollsaw since 10 years now and I wanted to find another way to work on wood! Maybe I'll find a way to combine woodturning and scrollsaw.

Have a nice day!

Mathieu

Welcome Mathieu from NJ. Scrolling and pen turning combined can make for some really nice looking pens. Ideas are limitless. Hope to see some of your work and hope you stick around and join in the fun. Happy turning.:)

Bienvenu de Dorval! Spend time reading through the library for all kinds of ideas and tips. And if you need help, just ask. Looking forward to seeing some of your work.

Welcome to IAP, Mathieu !!!!!

If you are interested in combining scrollsawing with pen making have a look at the blanks made by Jeff Powell ( he uses the name Master Scroller ) on ExoticBlanks.com.

Jeff is also a member of IAP, but I forget what name he uses here.
