Hi, I'm Steve from Franklin, TN.
My wife and her dad got into this game about three or four years ago basically to give him something to do. As they got more and more involved, I became 'the supply guy'. My job was to make sure that they had all the kits and supplies that they needed and had a steady stream of cool woods and alternative materials, which led me into stabilization and poaring my own PR.
They had been working solely out of my FIL's shop, but I am in the process of fleshing out a full-featured shop in our garage which will make custom orders and last-minute pens much easier for my wife to make.
I might even actually learn how to turn a pen, instead of just being 'the supply guy' and the guy that points out problems.
