Hello everyone. I'm new to the IAP but I've been turning on and off for almost 5 years. Unfortunately mostly off due to work and college the last year.

I've been doing more over summer and I've noticed improvement in my work already. I'm now more interested in casting and stabilization and hoping to learn a lot here.
