Hi All,

I have been interested in turning pens for the past couple months and have been checking out this forum to educate myself on the topic. I just turned my first pen (Walnut) two weeks ago and look forward to turning many more.

I do woodworking as a hobby. I find it relaxing, a good way to take my mind off of things, and I just really enjoy making things. I bought a lathe last November and have become really interested in wood turning.
