Hello all from the Denver area. Been pen making on my own for about two and a half years; REALLY love the process and the product.
I have found that there are 2 types of people when surprising someone with a pen as a gift: those that love pens and have always wanted a nice one, or another nice pen, or a custom pen, etc.; the second are those that have always wanted a nice pen, but never realized it until the moment you gave them one. Always a great feeling.
Finally signed up for IAP forum because of Bob Blanford - his recent vids on kitless pen making in particular. The docs show he got his triple start taps & dies from a group buy here, so I'm definitely keeping my eyes open for the next one.
