I have been working with wood for 30+ years. Over the last 2 years it has turned into a major home rebuilding project. Thwe work on the house is winding down and I want to start getting back to what I love doing, loosing myself in my shop for hours at a time.

I appreciate the desire from so many to share their knowledge with others, you dont find that in many places.

Pleasure to meet you!!!

PLEASE add NY and "Rob" to your profile, as a special favor to me.

OTHERWISE, I will be referring to you as "Woody" and, believe me, that can take us down paths you don't want to travel[:0][:0][:0][:0][:0][:0]

THANKs,

ed

Welcome Rob,

Glad to read that you are enjoying the hobby. It is relaxing and almost instant gratification of a finished project. (Takes me about 2 hours to finish a pen . . . on a good day.[:)]

Rob,

Welcome to the group from another Woody. [8D]

The website is awesome - and I think you'll find the members to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

<br />Cav,
How come you say what I think only sooner (or louder)[:D]

Joe, you at least have a veneer of culture, while I never call a spade an entrenching tool! [:D]
Cav,
I'm sure glad you said veneer because it is very thin [:D]
