JP (liljohn1368) will be running the Advanced Kit pen Contest this year. Here are the rules, read them and leave any suggestions or comments you may have.
Summer Extravaganza 2016 - Advanced Kit
Universal Rules Apply: READ
The Rules:
1. Rollerball or Fountain pen kits
2. One component must be eliminated
3. Two components must be used
( Brass tubes, refills, springs, and ink converters do not count as components )
Use any tool or technique. No restrictions as long as you do the work.
You will be judged in a pole on the following
1. Techniques to alter the pen
2. Creativity
3. Looks
To enter contest, send email to;

1. Whole name, username, & email address
2. Three pictures of your pen with plain background
3. A statement that clearly explains what you did to make the pen. And any special features should explained to insure they don't get overlookd
Contest begins August 1,2016 - ends August 22, 2016 @ 11 pm CST
