Ken, for starters, I just wanted to thank you for including your PDF tutorial on making your custom seam rippers. I tried some recently something like your technique, but I didn't imbed my cap. Your idea really seems to work great. I also tried a couple of the kits from PSI recently. The kits are ok, but there is a tendency for the small retainer clip inside the barrel to come out with the blade assembly and get lost. My wife is a long-time seamstress, and also works at Jo-Ann Fabrics. After talking with her, she says that having two blade sizes in one handle is not so important to most seamstresses because they typically will get accustomed to one size and stay with it. So, all said, I am going to use your technique to help out her friends. Thank you very much for sharing your skills.

Hey Ken! I got 10 more! THANKS!
You didn't need to do that! Don't understand why you felt the need to refund any money if you were gonna send more later? A note about stock shortage would have sufficed. I appreciate the gesture but it isn't/wasn't necessary! Thank you! Send me one of those invoice thingys and I will happily pay you the extra. Thanks again.
