G'Day folks, I'd like to introduce you to some new pen mechanisms. The 1st pen image is English Burr Walnut and Castello Boxwood, the second is Acrylic and Ebony.
They have been designed specifically to produce a totally wooden/acrylic pen with minimal equipment but with a top quality twist mechanism made by Schmidt Technology in Germany. I am in the UK, if you email me I can send you a pdf of the price list (£ sterling)and brochure. This link will take you straight to the pen page on my website. http://www.philirons.com/index.php?o...=82&Itemid=105 Cheers Phil Last edited by philirons; 06-03-2010 at 09:04 AM. It looks interesting. How about you send me a sample kit and email me a price list. I would be interested in testing your mechanism and anti twist clip and perhaps I will then purchase some depending on how I like it and the price involved. I like single barrel pens and don't care for all the xtra parts that come with a kit pen. I also like seeing that your trannies are pushing parker style refills.

I too am curious. How much how long has this mechanism been out there. Any one have any feedback on these. Perhaps someone can do a group thing like Jeff once he says there good. Then we can get a bunch state side to save shipping. But first things first. How much after all it is just a mechanism and a clip shouldn't be too much.

You can't argue about Schmidt quality. They've been making pen parts for around 50 years. Proper hi tech German stuff
Phil, if you ever stock the Schmidt KFH300 or 400 series, then I would love to hear from you. I would be great to have a Schmidt reseller on my doorstep. Good luck with your venture

There are prices on the site - go to "shop on line" then "writing instruments."
They look like very nice products.

I don't know....from the site it looks like the kit runs just under $19, a little too pricey for me at this time!! Barney

You sell all the bits, etc you need in your starter kit. that would be nice to have if I started making these pens.
How much for shipping to the US? I went to your web site and tried to order the starter kit but it did not seem to work. Also, from my zip code it seemed to think I lived in Alabama instead of where I live, Florida. Let us know how we might go about ordering from you and getting the goods shipped to the US. Thanks.
