To those who bought Chrome Jr. Gent 1 component sets. They have arrived at Cincinnati and will be delivered to me Monday the 22nd. Shipping will probably be Tuesday the 23rd.

could you please explain what you mean by component set? i saw it on your site too. is it just another name for kit?

I apologize for being a little facetious in the above comment...Alan has said it very well in the post below. You have to add something that does not come with the component set. I was a model railroader at one time and I put together a lot of kits so I am sure that most kits have everything to complete the project except perhaps the finishing materials (many include them) while most pen component sets do not - truthfully I know of none that do. I think (I believe OKLAHOMAN agrees and might be calling his component sets too - I got the idea from him at any rate)

Kit implies that everything you need is included and you just need to assemble. It's a pet peeve of a few dozen members here. Instead component set implies you have to "make" something and not simply assemble it.
