Beautiful White Holly

I've been over at the MVV forum for a couple of years, but since it closed yesterday, here's my first post here. For those of you who don't know me, I run a one-man shop. I enjoy turning and flatwork and I've been selling pen blanks here at IAP for about 4-1/2 years. For a while, I was the only consistent blank seller. I'll be moving my price list here shortly.

I made the trip to pick up some holly and got a nice bunch. It's the same stuff I've had before, nice and white. Here's a pen I made from it some time ago:


It's prices as follows:
3/4" $1.65
7/8" $1.90
1" $2.15

I ship via flatrate usps packages. I accept paypal and checks. Holly never lasts more than a week or two here, so order it today.

I have some new curly maple in, just in time for Christmas. I have a few of the extreme, that I unwaveringly sold for $2.25 (which always sold to one person in minutes) and I have some giants, that are borderline extreme also. I will include my super curly maple with this special, by knocking down the normal price also. Here are the prices, followed by the pics:
Extreme Curl slightly oversized over 3/4" for $2.00 each, sold in groups, left, right and top. Bottom two sets are sold and the top one is $6.00. Sorry, the pic is lame. The curls are slightly tighter than the giants.


Next are the giants, at $2.25 each (limit is 4 per person). They're about 15/16" square and 6" long.


Finally are the super curly maple, for $1.40 each, no limit.

There are only ten holly blanks left. Most are 3/4" square.

Lenny you will love it. Makes a great Ivory alternative, or any other time you need a white wood. Also, it laser engraves great.

I'm sure you are right! I could see it combining well with other woods like blackwood or ebony as accents. Not sure just what I'll do with it but it has me thinking.

I'm sorry, but I only havescraps left. I shipped the last slimlines and shorties on Wednesday. I buy new boards every 4 months or so, but that's a long way off, if you need them. I do have an idea, so I'll send you a PM.
