After doing some testing, I decided to add a quality pen refill.
The refills I added are from the 60+ year old German manufacturing company Schneider. I will be stocking the following. Topball 850- this is a replacement european roller, that fits all our roller balls. 0.5 fine stainless tip, capless-non drying Black & Blue, box of 10 refills $10.00 Gelion- this is an exceptionaly smooth writer. Parker format gel refill. Has a microscopic spring inside the stainless tip that acts like a seal to prevent drying out. 0.4 fine stainless tip. This lays down a very wet line, not recomended for any lefties, takes a secound or two to dry. Box of 10 $12.50 Black & Blue Express 735, this is a Parker format Giant refill, very smooth ball pen. I am stocking the unusual tips Fine & Broad, in Black or Blue. Box of 10- #$15.00 Last is a glass jar with 30 Royal Blue in cartridges, standard/international size $4.00 for the glass bottle. Here is the link http://www.turchetta.com/goldennib/refills.htm Thanks for taking the time to look & for your business. Happy Thanksgiving to all :) Anthony

Wow, didn't know they are still in business. When I was a kid in Germany we always used Schneider Minen in our Kugelschreiber (ball point) - they were of good quality.
Tony, how does the rollerball refill compare to the Schmidt??

Yes Rudy, good companies still manage to stay in business, they have been around 69 years.
I decided to stock their product over Schmidt. I felt the over quality was better then Schmidt, which is a good product. All refill formats wrote extremly smooth and there were no fitting problems. I even had several ball pens that would not function properly with the kit refills. They were the twist type (cigar & Sierra) normally, I would search for a refill that worked or widen the tip a touch. The Express 735 fit right in and solved the problem. I found that ball pen to be a very good writer.

In regards to the Bottle of ink cartridges, Kind of like what Henry Ford would say.....
You can have any color you want......as long as it is Royal Blue :D Sorry, these are only available from the manufacturer in Royal Blue. Here is a sample of the color. I tested it in a Jr gent nib and a CSU calligraphy nib, ink flowed just fine.

Anthony,
Does the "Schneider TopBall 850" work in a JS II? Thanks

Yes, this is a roller replacement for pens using european size roller. More commonly know as the Schmidt 5888. This refill will fit all our roller ball pens.
