Description
You will be able to produce a quality Wine Screw and Wine Bottle Stopper WITHOUT the need of a tap or special mandrel. You only need a 7mm drill bit!! You will find that this kit is beautiful, affordable and very easy to create.

The presentation of your work in this case will make a statement and get your foot in the door to high end places. Once you are in the door then you can up-sell your high end Bottle stoppers. These kits are Gallery Quality without breaking the bank!

1 ea. Chrome Wine Screw Blank (threaded)
1 ea. Chrome Wine Stopper Blank (threaded)
1 ea. Stainless Steel Wine Ring
1 ea. Stainless Steel Wine Spout
1 ea. Elegant “Stitched” Black Leatherette Case w/ cover and foam insert

This kit is quick, easy and affordable! It shouldn’t take you more than 20 minutes to complete.

Here is the assembly process:
1) Mount blanks between centers.
2) Turn a Bottle Stopper head then on the end drill a 7mm hole 1/4” deep.
2) Turn a Cork Screw handle and in the middle drill a 7mm hole 1/4” deep.
3) Apply glue in each hole and with a little pressure screw on each piece.
4) Trim the case’s foam insert (if needed) with a SHARP razor and insert finished pieces.
5) Done....Sell, Sell, Sell.

the insert is pre- cut for the single cone stopper shown in the pic. i dont think it would fit 2 stoppers without looking hacked.
