I did a search on the FAQ (posting pictures) and was sent to user CP to look for a link ((PICTURES AND ALBUMS)) its not showing up on mine . Is there anyone that can explain how to get there from here in laymans terms or computers for old farts that did'nt go to school with one.
And maybe how the pictures are set up on your end(computer)

G'day Mac,

Don't worry mate, you are already half way there, in no time you will be showing off your pens without any difficulties...!

Well, you've got 2 of the hardest things done, the first one is actually make the pen, second is take the bloody pics of it, hoping (like me) that will look half decent...! , the rest is just patience and playing games with the silly computers, mainly when they have a mind of their own!

Seriously, the first thing is prepare the pic(s) you downloaded into the computer to match the size required for these type of forums. The max. allowed pic size in the common jpg format is 100KB, about 640x480 which is normally a fraction of the original pic, depending on the quality of the camera, obviously!

There are a few free programs that reduce the pics for you and very easily, some of which I used some time ago but not anymore so, I can't give you any link for the download but I'm sure in no time one of our forum friends will come up with it, you watch...!

When you get that, and after a few other people here have the chance to give you also a hand, I will come back if it is required!

PS: I know this is not solving any of your problems but hang in there, this is what you should expect to do to get things going!

To resize and retouch my photos I use a free program called Irfanview www.irfanview.com . It's simple to use but very powerful and does a good job , best of all , it's free .

Mac, I'll happily talk you through it if I can.
But can you tell me if you have a picture ready on your desktop ( screen ) or in the camera software on your computor?
