I am working out some details on my brass pen - fixing the lathe first, new motor arrives on Tuesday

What threads are people use ing for lids / bodies I was looking at using a M12 X.5 are you guys using multi start ? Any tips on this very welcome !

That size will work for you if you don't have multi start. I think mine are 13x .5 triple. Haven't used them in quite awhile. Which my friend Skiprat keeps reminding me :biggrin:

I use 12.5, 14, and 15mmx.7x3 for cap threads, depending on the diameter of the barrel.
