Several vendors are selling fountain pen sections as a separate item. Does anyone know the thread dimensions of these fountain pen sections? Is there a source for the taps and dies for these threads?

I'm looking particularly at the sections for the Jr George/Anthony/etc series.

8.5 x1 or 8.4 x1 is common. If you have one of the front ends see if it will screw into a Sierra nose cone assembly in place of the transmission.
