I have had these blanks floating around the shop for about 3 or 4 years now. I ran across them again today and I decided I had enough spare parts that I could round up or make to put a pen together.
Its been a long time since I made a pen for the pleasure of making one. I made a Fountain Pen for My granddaughter last Sept. for her 17th birthday. She likes to do calligraphy so I gave her a few nib/ feed assemblies to do different line widths etc.

The reason this blank set was set aside is there are 2 defects in the black stripe on the top blank. It cracked during the making of it and I decided not to use it way back then. I changed my mind tonight.
The top is a different tint than the bottom even though they started as the same blank. The top was cut pretty thin trying to get past the defects
Its about 5 inches long when its not posted, 6 inches with the cap on, and 7 when it is posted.
Questions and comments welcome.

The nib shape doesn't do it for me, but every other element is perfection. Really cool.
