Custom graphic on pen tubes

I had the opportunity to watch a Barry Gross demo at a local Woodworking Show. He talked about the exact dimensions of the label and the specific diameter tube to get a seamless wrap on the pen tube when casting custom blanks. Does anyone know if this info is readily available?

All depends on the type of casting you are doing. If you are wrapping a bare tube then just measure the tube and use one of the many photo programs such as Gimp and plug in the dimensions and print. I would print on some scrap paper before committing to decal paper. Whenever wrapping anything around a tube there will always be a seam. The idea is to hide it the best you can and try not to overlap.
