If any of you are thinking about getting a jet, do it. The first thing I noticed is that when i turned it on I almost had to look to make sure it was running. Compared to my turncrafter the jet is almost silent. Next thing I noticed was when I went to put my Woodcraft collet chuck in it went right in and stayed in. On the turncrafter I had
to pound it in, and it would still wobble out while turning. Going from a non-VS to a VS lathe is also a big plus, definetly a time saver. I have only turned one pen so far, but I am deffinelty happy with it. Once again thank you to Jeff.:D

Wow, the Jet even replaced your washer and dryer, didn't know it could do that! [}:)] Congrats, you lucky dog, I too have a Turncrafter Pro.

Cheers,
