Beautiful. You probably forgot to put hair of the unicorn or feather of the Phoenix bird in the handle. No wonder it won't do anything. Geezzz, don'tjaknownuttin' ? [

Unicorn hair? Darn! I thought skin off my knuckles would work... guess not.
It's painted. Unfortunately the low grade red watercolor I used turned pink when I applied the CA. Sonny isn't to crazy about having pink dragons sashaying around in a baby blue sky, so he's using a stick he found in the back yard for a wand. It's not as pretty but is works exactly the same.
