Just finished this end grain cutting board. Made it out of walnut, hard maple and Padauk. img_1109.jpg

That is awesome! It was also educational, because my OCD side forced me to look up the reason that the flag is not symmetrical.

GREAT looking work. That tricks the eyes. Until I saw it up close, the dark brown walnut looked dark blue to me!

Never thought I would see such a thing come out of the shop of a Yankee !!

It is very beautiful though as well as original ... well done !
