Here are a few items I have made other than pens...

Muscle Massage Roller sticks
Fidget sticks (look it up on youtube)
Rolling pin

Might generate some ideas for others for items that sell at craft shows or something to give as gifts to family and friends.

other things I make...

Fidget sticks - sold most all I had at the last craft show... kids are drawn to anything that seems challenging so I sat during the show and fidgeted... and they came to see and try them out. Sold them for $5.00 ($4.50 with a 10% show discount) or with 3 you got a felt bag with them.

The muscle massage sticks didn't sell - most thought they were noodle cutters (LOL). One customer asked if I could make her a noodle cutter! Not going there (labor intensive) because you can buy them on the internet for next to nothing.
