A very nice gentleman asked me to make a custom wooden tackle box for use on his boat in Florida. I live in California and this seemed extra cool. His box may look like other boxes I have made, but it is much larger to suit his needs. It hold three Plano 3700 trays which are 14" x 9" x 2".

I never like looking into furniture and seeing unfinished area so I finish my interiors almost as well as the outside.

I use ebay to buy my hardware plus Amazon. Search stainless steel hasp for the cool muscular hasps on EBAY. Expect a long delay in shipping, but it is FREE and the cost per hasp is also very low. The piano hinge is inexpensive too and buy it in 36" lengths and not 72" since they bent mine.

If I can help more send more specifics.

Now back to pens. I cut the Gabon ebony blanks, carefully drilled them and epoxy glued them up. Tomorrow I can make some jet black chips! A nice CSUSA rhodium kit should make it pretty.
