I was lucky enough to have an all day hands on class with Nick Agar and created a replica of his famed bowl. He's a great turner, instructor and now...friend. Look forward to making more of these and using the learned
tecniques in other turning situations.

Really great to see you back at the lathe! I suspect your shop's back and up running - and YOU!

Beautiful bowl, and Nick does a great demo. He was at our local AAW last year.

Have fun, and keep in mind to teach us some of your pen tricks!

Back at it

Mark,
Am settled in to the new house after 10 months of renovation and we are on the last room, whew! I have snuck down to the basement shop and have gotten it to the framing and electrical completion stage. Just enough to get my first pen done in like a year and a few months. Talk about withdrawals! Another couple weeks of finishing the walls,ceiling and storage and an I will be back in action.
