Default Stoppers & Mills

I have been preparing for a large 3 day art & crafts festival that starts today. I dont mind the production turning but I am sick of finishing for a while!

Here is the batch of Bottle Stoppers and Pepper Mills I completed last weekend.

I am pretty much using Doctors woodshop process and products. Wet sand with walnut oil, a couple of coats of his high build friction polish and then 3 of Pens Plus. I do now buy the Walnut oil by the gallon from somewhere else.

Really like industrial look of the pepper mills Jon. Is the mechanism a kit that is available online?

Nicely done Jon, it's an impressive array of stoppers and mills.

Jon, Nice looking pieces ! I am interested in how the finish as you described using holds up in the long term? Like does it still look good after a lot of use or does it tend to wear down quickly.
