Last Oct I finally traded the cart & can for a de razor and artisan soaps. I made a few awful brushes after I got my lathe early this year but this is my latest and I like it. I cast the blank myself and used a black Gamechanger synthetic knot I bought on Etsy. I think the black looks much better than a badger would in this handle, though I still prefer the latter. It's not perfect, but hey, I'm a rookie on the lathe so I have an excuse! It's nice using a brush that I made, and far cheaper than if I bought it. My OCD also got the better of me so I trimmed that crooked hair after taking this puc.
