A segmented vase that can hold water.......sort of.

Hey all,

I made a segmented vase for my mother-in-law. (She is the greatest!)

It is made from Padouk, Yellow Heart and Wenge.

15 layers tall and each layer has 15 pieces. (226 Pieces total including the plug on the bottom.)

It is about 10.5 inches tall.

Sealed with 3 coats of Shellac Seal Coat and top coated with 6 layers of regular "blond" shellac.

I made it so an actual glass vase will fit inside of it so she can put water and live flowers in it.
