sandalwood burr & ebony box

hello folks

I was sorting through the box rough outs that I keep in a cupboard a few weeks ago and found a piece of sandalwood burr dated December 2003 which was the oldest rough out I had.

its a beautiful rare piece of wood and I wish I had could remember where I bought it from all those years ago

That is amazing! I need to make one for a snuff box. How does one chuck that in the lathe? I guess some searching and YouTubing is in order. ;-)
