Some of the interlocking puzzles I have made. The first challenge is in getting the pieces cut correctly. Then trying to assemble them without instructions makes for the real fun.

Very cool. I love that stuff. Years ago, I made some puzzles. These were Rubik type puzzles so the insides got a bit tricky. They were made by hand but they actually work.
