just my thumb.
These are the cutting boards I was working on, when the one
removed a sizable piece of skin from my thumb.
I ended up with an infection even after applying triple anti-biotic cream for a few days and keeping it clean, dry, and wrapped. The doc gave me anti-biotics and it's now beginning to heal.

Now the cutting boards.

Thanks for taking time from your day to look at these.

They are made from Corian. The lettering is done on a mill. The color comes from an engraving paste. It's applied similar to grouting tile. Put it on, smooth it with a hard squeegee, wait for it dry a little and wipe of the surface.
We've also done trivets, candle bases, napkin holders, and lazy susan's.
We are looking into cheese boards and knife inserts that fit into the counter top.
People are getting items for Christmas gifts, so I work on these while my brother does the real work.
