.....from last week. While my Wonderful Wifey was at a quilting class last week, I decided to do a little turning....and it was little!
This is a button from cherry. I turned it with double stick tape. 2 1/8" did and 3/16" thick. The edge was turned on the outer diameter and on the face with a 3/16" beading tool from D-Way Tools.
And she loves it :)

Nice. Great idea. Will your Wifey use it for something? Make up a bunch and sell them to her quilting friends. I'm sure that they will find a use for them.

Thanks! She was already talking about a pairs of these for table runners she makes which usually have a fair size button near each end.
I don't think I could keep up with the quilt ladies requests :biggrin:
