Had these knife blanks in the shop forever. Ran out of pen kits. Storms kept me from going to out (really too lazy) to get a couple of pen kits.
Stand is from Cherry Ambrosia.

I like them

Nice knives; I am thinking of trying my hand at knives; I especially need a rib cutting knife for serving ribs off of the smoker. I could use a brief tutorial.

Trace, drill and cut. Then sand even with the tang of the knife. Round off the edges. You can either epoxy the scales onto the knife or use the "rivets." Or both. You need small countersink too.

Darn you jimm1, I have been resisting the urge to try my hand a knife making but after seeing your work I might have to give it a go. Most impressive.
