Made myself an inertial sander using bushing I bought from Captain Eddie. It works great. Can change to the end for sanding bowl bottoms.

And another one to add to my ever growing "to do" list... Thanks for sharing, I had no idea the Cap'n sold bushings you could use to make one. It turned out very nice and better still, it's a very useful tool.

Did you add a mini rare earth magnet behind the bronze / brass sleeve bushing to keep the sanding abor from falling out?

Yes, magnets are included with Captain Eddie's bushing.
