Well done. Those cartridges look more like 300 WinMag and 338 WinMag to me than 30-06 Sprg though.

You are correct, they are 300 Win Mags. I had 30-06 on my mind when I typed the post as I have some 30-06 pens I need to make.

Those are definitely cool, but don't market them as 30-06 to a shooter.

If you use a lot of antler, you may want to take a little road trip up I45 to the Jewett exit... there is a shop there called Trade Mart Angiques (if they are still in business)... Terry Jones has a back room full of various antler products... he has an exotic deer farm and picks up the sheds... he's beginning to learn about the pricing though....
