Thanks guys for all the kind words. I really like the looks of the chisel now. I have plans to do other tools as well. Think my next one will be a Robert Sorby Gouge out of walnut possibly.

Here I thought you were the guy I was bidding against for a buck gouge. No, I lost the bid by mere seconds.

Beautiful work on the chisel. That is the right way to make it 'special'. Can't wait to see how the others turn out. Be sure to post pictures.
