I took a pistachio crotch and turned a winged bowl. The finish is a friction polish. Please C&C are welcome

Friction polish!!! I bet that was fun with a spinning bowl......................especially out around the edges!
Great looking bowl and use of wood form.

Thanks Scott and that was what I was attempting to do, I made a platter out of the other half several months ago and lost so much of the grain and heart wood. I wanted to save as much as possible.
Approx 11" long by 7" wide at tbe narrow end and 10" at the wide end (where the limbs branch out). The bowl is 4" in diam.
