Les that is some beautiful work. I cannot get myself to put that much effort into a piece so intarsia is out for me UNTIL I learn patience I guess. It is beautiful.

Hi Ron. Wood used as follows: Ears-Black Walnut, Aspen and Cedar, Forehead-Hickory with Cedar inlays, Eyes-Balck Walnut stained with black Indian ink and coated with Lacquer to get shine. Eyelids-Black Walnut and Pine, Nose-Pine stained with Indian black ink, Cheeks- Aspen, Neck-Oak and Mahogany. Total of 44 pieces.
