My daughter asked me to make her a dining table for her new house so I turned it into a project with her. We went to an architectural salvage yard and found this funky window with frosted wavy glass. She helped me strip it down and paint with colors that she selected. We painted the glass in the corners so that the top of the legs could not be seen and the center paines to match. I then turned some legs out of poplar and made the frame. We then added a glass top. I would have liked to have more overhang but was constrained by the window size. This table may not be to everyone's taste but my daughter loves it. One thing is sure, it is a one of a kind.

A lot of the furniture in my house was made by my father and I treasure all of it! Beautiful table and I love the window as the top!

I made a table for my oldest daughter (at her request) when she got married 21 years ago. Wonderful feeling to do things like that for a daughter or son!

Congratulations and a great looking table!
