Made this one from the "Bowl from a board" process except that the construction is different.
There are 22 rings and the Jarrah base, timbers used are;-
Spectraply, Jarrah, Yellow Walnut, Radiata Pine, Tasmanian oak, Padauk and Ebony.
The piece is 8.75in dia and 7.25in tall, sanded to 400 and sprayed with clear varnish.
Thanks for looking and I hope you like it.
C & C welcome.

Bob.

Wow Bob, you are getting pretty damn good with those segmentations, huh...?:biggrin:

Stunning appearance and effects, all very well aligned, I'm amazed at how the lower part of the bowl looks so much different than the rest, very well done...!:)

Cheers

That's really very well done, I have a dizzy bowl on my things to do list and might have to move it higher on the list after seeing yours.

How the heck did you get that effect? I am mega in love with it!

Hi Mate,
If you Google "Dizzy Bowl" and look at a few videos you will find the instructions.
I am technologically challenged otherwise I would send you the link.
These are great fun to make.
I'm a PTSD survivor as well.

Bob:)
