I'd put my eye out with that! But then I'm a clutz:biggrin:...I love the natural bark left on...I try to do that as often as possible on my pens.

But I am left wondering how you drilled the antler to accept the shaft of the razor ?

Simple, cut the brass tube to 2 cm , 7mm drill bit and drill 2.2cm into antler . glue tube and insert into antler , press upper part of mechanism , finished , don't tell anyone ! .

Thanks , that is exactly what i had in mind , i also do the same with a multi use deer antler pen, tooth pick , contact lens remover & back scratcher multi use tool
I have applied to Dragons Den with this patent, it is a secret so do not tell anyone
