The shoe horn blank is a pool cue shaft.
The butt end became a Brunswick attitude adjuster.

Both finished with Tru-Oil.

Theres nothing like a good piece of maple.

Top horn is a gift to my pool instructor. It was a damaged cue sitting doing nothing. CA finish.

Someday I will make one with a wrap and rings to look like an upscale pool cue.

Very nice. I just made myself a very plain shoe horn. I was so tired of bending over to put on my rubber weather boots on in garage. But i just made a 1/8" thick piece of beech wood, now my heel slips right in. so now i don`t moan when i have to take the dog out. Carl

Latest...my pool buddy broke a carbon fiber shaft. I made some adjustments. Can't play pool with it but definitely can get shoes on faster and easier.
