A Couple of Small Table I Knocked Out

I used to build a lot of furniture before I succumbed to the curse of having to spend every waking moment in my shop making pens. In fact, my shop is now setup to optimally make pens, not so much furniture anymore.

But my wife has an office where she works, cinder block walls, needed some color and some accessories, so I made her these two tables.

I'm normally philosophically and morally opposed to painting wood, but I made these mostly out of odds and ends of left over pine boards, 2x4s, etc. They're pretty simple but they came out pretty good.
